Fabio and his team went above and beyond to make our Italian honeymoon a once in a lifetime trip. Communication was outstanding and all accommodations and travel arrangements were exactly as described in the itinerary.

The tours were all individual or small groupsproviding a very personalized experience. Our favorite was the day tour of the Amalfi Coast with lunch and wine tasting at a beautiful winery.

If we are ever fortunate enough to return to Italy, I wouldn't hesitate to use Your Custom Journey again.

We loved our Italy trip! Your Custom Journey did an excellent job coordinating our experience which included many cities. Our transfers and the drivers who took us from place to place really reduced any stress that comes with traveling. Absolutely magical! Our Christmas trip to Italy was truly the experience of a lifetime. From start to finish, every detail was thoughtfully planned by Caterina and perfectly executed by Martina and all the team.
Gianni was our guide in Naples. It was the perfect balance between iconic sights and hidden gems. His knowledge in Naples and Pompeii made it so much more interesting. Stefano was our guide in Mt Vesuvius. He went far and beyond with our son Lukas, making it the experience of a lifetime for him!.
We were received by Beatrice in Rome and did the Colosseum with Livitaly. Maura was our guide for all the historical monuments and made the day a very special one.
Beatrice escorted us to the train and Marta was waiting for us in Florence where Martina guided us through this wonderful city showing her knowledge and experience. How can we forget our day with Alessandro in Pisa! He made it more interesting since he is originally from there and knew all the stories!
Our last stop was Venice, where Beatrice met us and escorted us to the espectacular hotel! She also went with us to Murano and Burano for a magical day. We met Alessia for a wonderful tour around the city and spent New Years with fireworks overlooking the water! What a wonderful way to enjoy the season!
I want to mention our drivers, Carmine, Flavio, Giulio for being so nice and professional.

We spent 11 wonderful days with wonderful people. Every guide we met was friendly, knowledgeable, and genuinely passionate about sharing their love for Italy. Special thanks to our drivers and guides-your enthusiasm, stories, and recommendations made each day unforgettable. The restaurants and gelato shop suggestions were spot on, and the private tours allowed us to skip the crowds and make the most of every moment.

What truly set this experience apart was the personal touch and flexibility. When we had a last-minute change or request, the team accommodated us with a smile, making us feel like family.

We have been on 3 trips designed by Your Custom Journey - the first focused on Central Italy (Rome, Tuscany, Abruzzo), the second was in Northern Italy (Venice, Verona, lake region, Cinque Terre) and Switzerland, and the third in Southern Italy (Sicily, Calabria, Amalfi Coast, Sorrento). Each trip was designed with careful attention to our family needs including those of our 3 children. The concierges are amazing with daily check-ins, and if anything at all isn't going right, they fix it quickly. Delightful people to work with. We highly recommend Your Custom Journey.

We were absolutely thrilled with the trip to Northern Italy which Your Custom Journey put together for us. We worked closely with Fabio and his team to craft our trip…and it just could not have gone any better. I cannot express my gratitude enough to Deborah, IIaria and the whole team at yourcustomjourney (YCJ). Our trip was beyond my expectations. I booked this trip back in May for September-Oct travel date and I was honestly very nervous as I have never booked a trip by myself over there, and did not know who to trust. I had one phone call with Deborah in the beginning, and from there we emailed and within a week our trip was planned, making minor adjustments here and there. She upgraded us where she could and truly created the trip of our dreams. The hotels were all very nice, the experiences she booked us were amazing, and we really appreciated the tidbits of information she gave us for things to see and referred back to her emails multiple times throughout the trip. We appreciated the prompt responses throughout the trip planning as well. Once we got there, we also enjoyed how we had a concierge to help us throughout the stay, checking in on us and reminding us of our excursions. Italian cities can be hectic so it was nice that we had a driver and someone to meet us at our transportation spots. I truly could go on and on about how amazing our trip was, but all I will just say that this trip was above and beyond our expectations, and we are so grateful that YCJ planned our trip, I commend the company's team work and communication, as well as their expertise.

I cannot recommend YCJ and Sonia (our agent) high enough for the trip they put together for my wife any I. We had a beautiful 10 days where we were able to travel to Venice, Cinque Terre, Florence and Rome with zero stress. This trip was a lot in a relatively short period of time as we worked to pack in quite a bit of activities, tours and experiences, but the way that Sonia put together the trip and the vendors and concierge she paired us up with allowed us to enjoy every minute of our trip. The 24/7 concierge was a huge help as she was in constant communication with us to let us know what the next day had in store, where to meet our guides and recommendations on places to check out. Sonia also provided us with ample recommendations on where to eat (at all price ranges) and things to see. She also recommended a short stop in Lucca on our way to Florence which was an amazing afternoon in a smaller town away from all the crowds.

All-in-all YCJ and Sonia were absolutely the perfect partner for us on this trip and they provided 5-star service that took a very packed trip and made it truly enjoyable and unforgettable. There is not a rating high enough for what they were able to accomplish for us!

This review should have been posted sooner but it is never to late to tell YCJ Super Personal Travel Planner Sonja what a WONDERFUL trip she planned for us. Flying into Rome and being greeting by a driver was a relief. All the drivers that she arranged were polite, knowledgeable of Italy and on time to the minute. She planned our Vatican tour, old city in Sienna and Olive Farm visit which were amazing. The trips from Tuscany to Sienna and back to Rome was an easy relaxing ride. Next trip I will book with YCJ again. Thank you!
